Three modern people are suddenly enchanted by some remote memories and come up with an idea of probing the past Hong Kong. Restricted water supply, typhoon, riot of 1967, immense influx of immigrants from China...are all their targets. They feel like coming from the distant past, but not attached to it. To link up their past and future, they decide to start searching for old people and old things.
