On the last night of 1999, everyone is feverishly celebrating the coming of 2000. They are throwing crazy parties and playing "City Treasure Hunt", all drown into daft pleasure-seeking activities. However "Rat" decides to go his own way and leaves his hope on his train-model. But on the way home he is embroiled in the fight with the gangsters. He is also entangled with his weird grandma, mentally retarded brother and sister who ask him to bring them out for fun. In a coincidence at a convenience store, the friendship with "Yuen", the sales girl of the train-model shop, is ascended unexpectedly. Under the invitation of his long lost friend "S", Rat intrudes into the crazy party. S and Yuen even invite Rat to join them in a new journey by train. Will Rat consider this a new chance or a risky journey? 

A series of uncontrollable events all drag him into the crazy happenings in this misty night.
