The farm is owned by Mr. Jones - Man. Old Major, the respected white boar, tells the animals of his beliefs. The only way for animals to positively enjoy the benefits of life is to overthrow man. The vision and teachings of Old Major inspire the animals. They drive out their master, run the farm themselves and begin to work towards 'the golden future time' when 'every land and clime' will be inhabited by 'beasts alone'. Their beliefs are encapsulated in unalterable law- The Seven Commandments. This presentation shows the events which occur, primarily through the eyes of a selected number of the animals.
